Chocolate cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• brown sugar - 2 c
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 1/4 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 2 c
• lard - 1 c
• hot coffee - 1 item
• sweet or sour milk - 1 c

How to make chocolate cookies:

Mix brown sugar and lard, then add eggs, milk and 1/4 cup cocoa. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and then the dry ingredients. Bake at 375°.

Frost while warm with mixture of powdered sugar, butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla and enough hot coffee to spread.
