Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour, sifted - 1 c
- confectioners sugar for rolling - 1 item
How to make pecan dainties:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir flour and pecans into batter mixture. Chill dough, then shape into marble-size balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 17 minutes, until firm, but not brown. Roll gently in confectioners sugar. Cool, then roll in sugar again. Makes 50.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
