  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • 10x sugar - 3/4 c
  • cold margarine - 1 c

How to make chocolate cookie bars:

Combine flour, sugar and cocoa. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Mixture will be dry. Press firmly on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

In saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Pour evenly over crust. Top with nuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips. Press down firmly.
