Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- 9-inch pie shell, unbaked - 1 item
How to make egg custard pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Add all ingredients, except vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix on medium to high for 5 minutes. Add vanilla before stopping mixer. Pour into pie shell. You may sprinkle with nutmeg; then bake until firm (a knife inserted into middle will come out clean).Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, < 60 mins.
