Chinese fried rice
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- diced onions - 2 c
- cooked cold rice - 2 c
How to make chinese fried rice:
Heat wok or saute pan. Add oil and onions. Saute onions until tender. Add rice and saute. Add beaten eggs and stir well. Season with soy sauce. Saute until done.Note: For variety, add cooked bacon or ham or shrimp and green pepper.
