Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/3 c
- shakes Tabasco sauce - 4 item
- cooking sherry - 3 Tbsp
- chicken wings, separated - 3 item
- ginger root grated - 1 Tbsp
- or 4 cloves garlic, grated - 3 item
How to make chinese chicken wings:
Separate chicken (the part that has 2 bones); cut slightly at both ends and peel bone out. Mix ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.To cook: Place chicken and marinade into covered roaster; bake at 325° until done, uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
