Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1/2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 1 c
- medium bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- can kidney beans and liquid - 1 oz
How to make chili mac:
In large skillet brushed with oil, brown hamburger, onion and pepper. Pour off fat. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and heat until melts.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, For 1 or 2.
