Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can milk - 1 oz
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- Longhorn cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- cans chilies, cut into strips - 1 2
How to make chili loaf:
Combine all the ingredients; bake, uncovered, in a casserole, 8 x 8. Set oven at 350° and bake until consistency of custard. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan and triple for 12-inch round.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 60 mins, Main dish.
