Ingredients/Components
- ginger - 1/8 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- pinto beans - 1 lb
- lean hamburger meat - 2 lb
- Schilling chili mix - 1 pkg
How to make chili beans:
Pick out bad beans and wash. Cover with cold water and soak overnight. Drain, then put into crock-pot. Cover again with cold water. Cook on low until tender. Fry hamburger meat and onion until meat is lightly brown. Add remaining ingredients. Add meat mixture to beans and cook slow another 30 minutes to 1 hour.
