Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- small green pepper - 1/2 item
- crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crab imperial:
Make a white sauce of the first 6 ingredients. Blanch, peel and mince finely green pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce; stir in crabmeat.
