Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- pure vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- walnut or pecan halves - 3 c
How to make sugared nuts:
In skillet, combine sugar, cinnamon and milk. Cook to 236° (soft boil stage). Stir in nuts and vanilla. Immediately turn out on wax paper and separate the nuts working quickly. Makes 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Desserts, Holiday, Lunch/snacks.
