- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 oz
- large red potatoes - 4 item
- chili meat - 2 lb
- V-8 vegetable juice - 3 (12
- Gebhardt chili powder - 4 Tbsp
- green jalapenos optional - 2 item
How to make chili:
Brown chili meat with onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Add chili powder, cumin and V-8 juice. Cook slowly about 1 1/2 hours. Then add Ranch Style beans and small diced potatoes; cook until potatoes are done. If you prefer thinner chili, add more V-8 juice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
