Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 3 c
  • chili powder - 1/4 c
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • minced garlic
  • ground comino - 1 tsp
  • coarsely ground meat
  • pod dried red pepper - 1/2 item

How to make chili:

Cook until gray before adding water. Bring to boil over low heat (175° to 200°) for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and flavors are thoroughly blended. Stir occasionally. If mixture becomes thicker than desired, add boiling water. Makes about 8 cups.
