Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 3 c
- chili powder - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1 c
- minced garlic
- ground comino - 1 tsp
- coarsely ground meat
- pod dried red pepper - 1/2 item
How to make chili:
Cook until gray before adding water. Bring to boil over low heat (175° to 200°) for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and flavors are thoroughly blended. Stir occasionally. If mixture becomes thicker than desired, add boiling water. Makes about 8 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
