Ingredients/Components
- ground meat - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
- can Hungry Jack biscuits - 1 item
How to make barbecue cups:
Brown ground meat and onion; drain. Add barbecue sauce and simmer until meat is done. Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, making sure the dough is to the edge. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. I usually bake for about 5 minutes before adding cheese.
