  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
  • can Hungry Jack biscuits - 1 item

How to make barbecue cups:

Brown ground meat and onion; drain. Add barbecue sauce and simmer until meat is done. Press each biscuit into a greased muffin tin, making sure the dough is to the edge. Spoon meat mixture into cups and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. I usually bake for about 5 minutes before adding cheese. Also, leftover roast can be used instead of ground meat.
