• chili powder - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1 c
  • hamburger meat - 2 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • hot chili powder optional - 1 Tbsp

How to make chili:

Always use fresh, not frozen, meat. Cover meat with water and bring to boil. Add catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat about 2 1/2 hours, stirring often. Mash meat with potato masher several times while cooking. Add more water if needed.
