Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1 c
- hamburger meat - 2 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hot chili powder optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make chili:
Always use fresh, not frozen, meat. Cover meat with water and bring to boil. Add catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat about 2 1/2 hours, stirring often.
