Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
- cans whole green chile peppers - 3 oz
How to make chile rellenos:
Wash chiles, remove seeds and pat dry. Combine grated Jack cheese with grated Cheddar cheese. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer half chiles and half cheese. Repeat layers, saving 1 cup cheese for top. Beat eggs, flour and milk until well blendedRecipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Peppers.
