Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 3 oz
• sour cream - 1 pt
• powdered sugar - 1/3 c
• margarine - 1/4 lb
• pie filling cherry, blueberry or strawberry - 1 (21

How to make cheesecake:

Cake:1 c. sugar3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla4 eggs1 pt. sour cream1 (21 oz.) pie filling (cherry, blueberry or strawberry) Melt butter and add to crumbs and sugar. Line bottom of a spring-form pan, packing firmly. Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and eggs. Pour into pan (crust is left unbaked) and bake in 350° preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes. Do not turn off oven, but remove cheesecake. Top with 1 pint commercial sour cream. Return to oven for another 5 minutes. Let cake cool. Top with prepared pie filling or topping (blueberry, cherry or strawberry). Chill overnight.
