Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together. Butter 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour mix ingredients into prepared pan. Cover. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Then top with buttered corn flake crumbs. Bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
