Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 7 8
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- margarine or butter - 4 Tbsp
- light cream or evaporated milk - 2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- 3 c - 8 oz
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cooked, cubed chicken or turkey - 3 c
- sherry if desired - 3 Tbsp
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Drain. In large skillet, cook mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine until tender. Add to spaghetti. Heat oven to 375°. In same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons of margarine. Blend in flour. Stir in chiRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
