Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- onion, diced - 1 item
- chicken - 5 lb
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 3 item
- jars pimento cheese spread - 3 oz
- cans mushrooms ends and pieces - 3 item
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook chicken. Remove bones. Cook noodles for 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with very hot water. Add cheese immediately, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, soup and onion. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour or more. Yields 18 servings.Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Wonderful for a large gathering at home or camp.
