Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked and drained - 7 oz
- oregano to taste - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- sherry - 1/4 c
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed - 6 item
- mushrooms, cooked - 8 oz
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Cook chicken in sherry. Add butter. Fold in mushrooms. Mix soup, sour cream and all seasonings well, then fold in spaghetti. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Fold in chicken and mushrooms; drain any juices. Toss gently. Put in greased 2-quart dish and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
