can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
chicken broth - 1 c
shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper - 1 item
can cream of celery soup - 1 item
vermicelli - 2 c
chopped pimento - 1 item
water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
cooked, cut up chicken - 4 c
onion, mushrooms and green peppers - 1/4 c

How to make chicken tetrazzini:

Saut?� onion, mushrooms and green peppers. Cook vermicelli. Mix all ingredients. If desired, add 3 tablespoons Sauterne wine over top, then add bread crumbs mixed with parsley and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake in 13 x 9 baking dish at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
