Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 12 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- rice not Minute
- 1/2 soup cans water - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Spray Pam in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle rice over bottom of pan. Mix together the three soups with 1/2 can each of water. Pour over rice evenly. Lightly (very lightly) salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice and soup. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Cover and bake at 250° for 3 hours. Uncover for a little while to brown.
