Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
- corn chips - 4 c
- chicken breasts, cooked, boned and cubed - 6 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Combine soups, chilies, spices, Tabasco sauce and 1 cup broth. Mix well. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2 cups corn chips. Spread 1/2 of chicken over this, then half of sauce mix and half of the grated cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
