Lemon chicken with thyme
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- lemon wedges - 1 item
How to make lemon chicken with thyme:
In plastic bag, dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper. In skillet in oil, brown chicken. Take out chicken and brown onion. Add leftover flour. Add broth, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and thyme. Return chicken and cook until chicken is cooked. Sprinkle parsley on top. Garnish with lemon wedges.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, Meat.
