Chicken parmesan
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- boneless chicken breasts - 2 lb
- jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Italian flavored bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- basil, oregano, salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken parmesan:
Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. In skillet, heat olive oil. In bowl, beat egg. Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Dip chicken breasts in egg wash, then in bread crumb mixture. Place in hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Place fried cRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
