Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley for garnish - 1 item
- sour cream optional - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned - 3 item
- medium-hot taco sauce - 1/2 c
How to make chicken ole:
Combine taco sauce, mustard and lime juice in large bowl. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat until foamy. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Add chicken to skillet; cook 10 minutes, until brown on both sides. Add marinade; cook 5 minutes until chicken is glazed from marinade. Place chicken on platter. Boil marinade and pour over chicken. Garnish with sour cream and parsley.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
