- salt and pepper - 1 item
- boneless chicken
- butter/margarine
- Marsala cooking wine - 1/3 c
How to make chicken marsala:
Cut boneless chicken into pieces and pound thin. Add salt and pepper to taste. Dust with flour. Brown pieces of chicken in olive oil, drain on aper towels. add butter/margarine to pan. Add a sprinkle of parsley. Add Marsala wine. Place chicken back in pan and coat with mixture. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
