Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- lemon - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- clove garlic, mashed - 1 item
- large chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned - 3 item
- Marsala cooking wine - 1 c
How to make chicken marsala:
Flatten chicken pieces between sheets of wax paper with rolling pin or mallet. Pieces should be 1/4-inch thick. Combine egg and milk in dish. Combine flour, salt and pepper on wax paper.
