Ingredients/Components
- lasagne noodles, cooked - 8 oz
- recipe Mushroom Sauce - 1 item
- cottage cheese small curd
- cooked chicken, diced - 3 c
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- butter
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can milk - 1/2 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- basil - 1/2 tsp
How to make chicken lasagne:
Mushroom Sauce:3 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. chopped green pepper1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 can milk1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained1/2 tsp. basil Mushroom Sauce: Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter. Add soup, milk and basil to make sauce.Layer in 9 x 13-inch buttered dish, cooked noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, chicken, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover for first 35 minutes.
