Seafood lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese
- basil - 2 tsp
- white wine - 1/3 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 8 item
- can crabmeat - 1 oz
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar - 1/2 c
- shrimp or scallops - 1 lb
How to make seafood lasagna:
Cook and drain noodles. Arrange 4 noodles to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Spread 1/2 over noodles.Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in seafood. Spread 1/2 over cottage cheese layer. Repeat layers (noodles, cottage cheese mixture, then seafood mixture). Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350°. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake 2 to 3 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
