Ingredients/Components
- can Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 item
- can Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 item
- Onion - 1 Med
- Corn Tortillas - 1 pkg
- Chicken Broth can use boullion cubes - 1 c
- can Ortega Chopped Chillies small - 1 item
- small Chicken, cooked, boned & cut into small pieces - 1 item
- Sharp Cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Brown onion in butter, combine soups, broth, chicken pieces and chilies. Mix well.Break up tortillas, and layer in baking dish, first the tortillas, then the chicken sauce, then a layer of cheese. use up all of the ingredients. Top with last of cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
