Ingredients/Components
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Velveeta, shredded - 1 lb
- - 10 potatoes, peeled and diced - 8 item
- can Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 item
- can Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 item
- can whole kernel Corn, undrained - 1 item
- can Cream of Broccoli Soup - 1 item
- can Rotel Tomatoes - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Cook potatoes and onions in 5 c. water until tender. Do not drain potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted. Stir occasionally.Make 10-12 servings.
