Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can chopped green chilies - 1/2 item
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
  • chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Combine soup, chicken, sour cream, chilies and seasonings in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat stirring often until hot. Immediately spoon about 2 tablespoons soup mixture and 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese onto flour tortilla. Roll up tightly and place in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Spoon remaining soup mixture on top of enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.

I add all ingredients together and shred my flour tortillas into bite size pieces and make a casserole out of recipe. Very good!
