Chicken acapulco
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/3 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- flour tortillas - 10 item
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- cooked chicken chunks - 3 c
How to make chicken acapulco:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix chicken, 1/2 of green chilies, 1 can soup, 1 cup sour cream and spices. Spoon onto tortillas and fold like a burrito. Place in baking pan with sides touching each other. Mix other can of soup, 1 cup sour cream, remaining chilies and milk. Spread over tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
