  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • Doritos - 1 pkg

How to make mexican chicken:

Boil chicken breasts; debone. Brown the onion with butter; add the 3 cans of ingredients to the onion. In 13 x 9-inch pan, layer chicken, Doritos, soup mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 325° until bubbly hot.
