  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • corn tortillas - 6 item
  • can chicken - 1 oz
  • small can chilies - 1 item

How to make chicken enchilada casserole:

Melt butter in baking dish. Break up tortillas into bite size pieces. Add chicken and onion. Cook soup in saucepan, along with milk and chilies for 15 minutes on low. Add soup to chicken and add cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
