butter - 2 3
chicken broth - 1 c
medium onion, chopped - 1 item
cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
chicken, cooked and diced - 1 item
Longhorn cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
flour tortillas shells - 1 item

How to make chicken enchilada casserole:

Saute onion in butter. Combine with soup, broth, chicken and green chilies.

Layer in greased casserole the tortilla shells, 1/2 chicken mixture and Longhorn cheese. Repeat in same order. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
