Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 3
- chicken broth - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and diced - 1 item
- Longhorn cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- flour tortillas shells - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Saute onion in butter. Combine with soup, broth, chicken and green chilies.Layer in greased casserole the tortilla shells, 1/2 chicken mixture and Longhorn cheese. Repeat in same order. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
