Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make chicken dumplings:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour out onto a well floured board. With rolling pin, roll out half batter at a time. Cut into 1-inch squares. Drop one at a time into 2-quarts boiling chicken broth in a 4-quart Dutch oven or pan. Cook 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Grains, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
