- salt
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- sifted flour - 3 c
- egg, beaten slightly - 1 item
- cooled chicken broth - 1 c
How to make chicken dumplings:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together egg and chicken broth. Cut into dry ingredients. Roll out and cut into small pieces; drop into boiling chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.Recipe categories: Grains, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
