Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- milk or chicken stock - 2/3 3/4
How to make chicken dumplings:
Sift the dry ingredients. Add the liquid until the mixture will drop easily from spoon. Drop by tablespoonful in to boiling chicken stock or any other stew or stock you would like. Cover tightly and let boil 15 minutes. Do not remove cover during that time.Recipe categories: Grains, Side dish, Pasta, rice and grains.
