- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- slices ham - 4 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
Preheat oven to 425°. Flatten chicken breasts with rolling pin or meat tenderizer. Lay cheese and ham flat on chicken. Roll up chicken so ham and cheese are on the inside of chicken. Cover chicken with mayonnaise and water mixture, then roll in brRecipe categories: Chicken, Pork, Chicken breast.
