Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- small can Pet milk - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- small jar mild taco sauce - 1 item
- large bag plain Tostitos, lightly crushed - 1 item
How to make chicken chalupas:
In greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place 1/2 crushed chips. Saute onion; add soups, milk and taco sauce. Cook until well blended. Spoon half of soup mixture over chips, then sprinkle with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° about 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
