Chicken chalupas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- paprika - 1 item
- green onions, sliced - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- flour tortillas - 12 item
- can black olives optional - 1 item
- grated jack cheese - 3/4 c
- large chicken breasts, cooked and diced - 4 item
- small can Ortega green chiles, drained and chopped - 1 item
How to make chicken chalupas:
Combine soup, chiles, onion, sour cream, sliced olives, and jack cheese. Mix, set aside 1 1/2 c. of mixture. Add chicken to main mixture. Fill the tortillas and roll up. Place filled tortillas in 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Pour remaining mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle 3/4 c. cheddar cheese on top and garnish with green onion and paprika.
