Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 3/4
- crushed saltine crackers
- or 5 split chicken breasts, boneless - 4 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook noodles until tender; drain. Set aside. Cook chicken well done; cool and pull into small pieces. Mix chicken with mushroom soup, noodles and salt. Stir well. Spray ovenproof dish with Pam. Sprinkle bottom of dish with 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour chicken mixture over crackers evenly, then sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
