Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • dry seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c

How to make vegetable casserole:

Cook frozen vegetables until tender, but still firm. Drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, onion, celery salt, soup and stuffing mix. Place in casserole dish. Dot with butter; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes more.
