Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- dry seasoned stuffing mix - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook frozen vegetables until tender, but still firm. Drain. In a large bowl, combine cooked vegetables, onion, celery salt, soup and stuffing mix. Place in casserole dish. Dot with butter; cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Remove. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 8 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
