Ingredients/Components
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing mix - 16 oz
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken; reserve liquid. Debone and cut into bite size pieces. Layer chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together 3 cans of soup and 1 cup reserved chicken broth. Pour over chicken, then mix together stuffing mix, 1 1/2 cups of reserved chicken broth and 1/2 cup melted butter. Pour over soup mixture. Bake at 350° until bubbly and a golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. Serves approximately 8 people.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
