Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- soup can milk - 1/2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- chicken breast, boned and stewed - 3 lb
How to make chicken casserole:
Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan with cut up chicken. Mix soup, milk, celery and onion and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing, broth and margarine and sprinkle over chicken. Cook 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
