Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- herb stuffing - 1 pkg
- large chicken breasts or whole chicken - 5 item
- salt and black pepper dash - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken tender. Reserve 2 cups broth. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute celery and onion in melted margarine. Add stuffing mix to celery mixture.
