Ingredients/Components
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms, drained - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- dry white wine - 1/2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken breasts until done, then remove skin and bones and divide into small pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325°. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
